Every day at Le Capase begins on the fabulous terrace with an abundant buffet meal of simple things that smell heavenly.
Fresh fruits and juices, croissants, homemade sweets and the famous pasticiotti (filled pastries) of Lecce, yogurt, jam and Apulian bread, cured meats and eggs made to order.
Then there is a light lunch with produce freshly picked from our garden. Salads and things from the grill, friselle with tomatoes, light and fragrant pastas.
Dinnertime is a time to relax, a time to enjoy the flavour of dishes from an area scented by the sea and the earth, lighted by the sparkle of a candle and the moon reflected on the waters.
Enjoy inimitable terrace overlooking the Bluest of seas, tasting gastronomic delights of one and only chef Cristina Conte, with her creative and refined gourmet offer, where selection of each ingredient is delirious, products are mostly zero-kilometer grown in the organic garden of the resort or provided by carefully selected local suppliers.

Housed in the centre of the Relais, our Classic rooms offer a sea view or garden view and a lovely terrace.
Our few Prestige rooms, spacious and comfortable, enjoy a nice private patio that faces directly onto the garden and the sea.
Unique and equipped with a large furnished terrace facing the sea, the Superior room offers a wonderful panorama that includes the historic sixteenth-century Minervino Tower and the park.

The sea fragrances, the more citrous or herbaceous notes give us perceptions and sensations that merge with the benefits of massage with oil and pleasantly intensify its effects. The cosmetic candles with natural oils and butters and the solid oils give great effectiveness to the massage, moisturizing and softening the skin, taking away tensions and reinvigorating the body.

Our mountain bikes are available to guests free of charge.
Follow the tracks of the shepherds and the fishermen searching for aromatic Mediterranean herbs that can be tasted later in excellent infusions when you get back to the Hotel or back home.
Setting off from riding stables located a few minutes from the main building it is possible to take beautiful trips on horseback and explore the nearby bauxite lake.
Give me a Special, the summer that progresses… Give me a Vespa and I’ll bring you on vacation! .. But how nice it is, driving around with wings underneath feet, if you have a Vespa Special that takes away your problems... It sang like that in Italy a few years ago.. and we have treasured it. Two scooter Vespa Piaggio 125 are available to our guests for free excursions.

Atop a cliff overlooking the sea, in the Regional Natural Park that stretches from Otranto to Santa Maria di Leuca.
We chose the eastern coast of Salento, one of the most spectacular and untouched in all of Apulia, and we wanted a resort that would be perfectly integrated with the landscape, a special view of the thousand shadings of the sea.
